In two weeks, Vulkam will be back at booth K107 at EPHJ – The World of High Precision, the essential gathering for professionals in watchmaking and microtechnology.
This 2026 edition marks an important milestone for the company. Alongside the demonstrators already presented last year: bending and corrosion resistance, Vulkam is exhibiting a full watch case middle in Vulkalloy Zr Inox for the very first time.

A watch case in Vulkalloys
At EPHJ 2025, our maximum mouldable volume was a bezel. This year, it’s a full case middle. +121% additional mouldable volume in one year.
This leap is not the result of a single breakthrough, but of two complementary steps now fully mastered: near-net-shape moulding, which produces a part very close to its final geometry straight out of the mould, and targeted femtosecond laser finishing, which concentrates effort where it truly creates value on the functionality of the final part.
It is this optimised manufacturing chain that makes it possible today to produce a full watch case middle in Vulkalloy. And tomorrow, a complete watch case in amorphous metal.

What this means for your applications
